It is necessary to:

500 g mushrooms
400 g of white chicken meat without skin
100 g onion
200 g of tomato juice
1 / 2 lemon
1 bouillon cube
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon parsley leaves

 

Preparation:

 
White chicken meat cut into small pieces and fry it for 5 minutes on medium heat, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped mushrooms and tomatoes that had previously peeled and cut into cubes. Pour 1 / 2 L of boiling water with bouillon cube. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, open and continue cooking another 5 minutes. Pepper to taste.

Serve hot sprinkled with finely chopped parsley leaves.
