It is necessary to:

1. 200 g lettuce,

3. 2 slices of toast,
4. 3 tablespoons olive oil
5. 400 g mushrooms,
6. 2 cloves garlic,
7. 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
8. 6 tablespoons vinegar
9. 150 ml vegetable soup,
10. 3-4 tablespoons mustard
11. 3 tablespoons sugar, salt,
12. 50 g walnuts, 100 g Parmesan cheese.

 

Lettuce and chicory clean, wash. Toast cut into cubes and fry them in a little oil in a Teflon skillet. Wash and cut mushrooms into thin slices.

Garlic clean and slice finely. Fry mushrooms in oil and garlic, then remove the side, and grease that remained mixed with vinegar, vegetable soup and all seasoned with mustard, sugar and salt.

Grate Parmesan cheese and walnut halves cut larger. Over a green salad and radic put mushrooms and a mix to marinade before serving sprinkle with crisp cubes of toast, chopped nuts and Parmesan cheese strips.
